Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij (Tsvā /vɛ giʤ/ [rose] [fingerprint]) is a subtropical Town located in the Jambèiē Provence of the Dalandic Empire.
The name Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij is derived from the Tauric language, as Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij was founded by Zairduk Every Medwin, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate

Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij was founded durring the late 10th century, by Zairduk Every Medwin. The establishment of Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij is buildings are located arround a single broad cobblestone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the town's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. Unfortuantly, these boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. On top of this is an unmistakable feeling that Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij is in this condition because there is something terribly wrong with the town. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s all of those things together, or perhaps it's the way these elements combine which makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij long.

Cultural Notes
Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century heavy spring rains following an uncharacteristically dry year and a minor earthquake resulted in the collapse of the west slope of Horror Mountain. the landslide struck Odíhg Tsvāvè Gij, and devastated the community. 170 people, 341 livestock, and 57 buildings were lost to the calamity. The disaster is recorded in history as Horror's Fall.
